3. Pre-Construction Agreement

To move forward, we enter a $10,000 pre-construction agreement. This gives us the ability to focus fully on your project and begin curating selections, systems, and finishes.

4. Detailed Planning & Selections

This is where we put in the work. We place great emphasis on the pre-construction phase to eliminate guesswork. We guide you through design meetings, material selections, and specification reviews — compiling a full, transparent estimate based on your choices. By finalizing details upfront, we’re able to begin the build with precision, saving time and minimizing stress

5. Contracting & Construction Begins

Once your design and estimate are complete, we move into construction with confidence and clarity — ensuring an efficient, enjoyable build experience from start to finish.

6. Financing Assistance

(If Needed)

We also partner with a trusted luxury mortgage broker and are happy to connect you if financing is part of your journey.
